Risks of Using Protocol

Palm Finance is a novel decentralized borrowing protocol that allows users to deposit assets and borrow PUST, the protocol’s native stablecoin. Palm Finance protocol consists of proprietary and free, public and open source software.

Your use of Palm Finance involves various risks, including but not limited to losses when digital assets are deposited into Palm Finance through smart contracts or economic exploitation, and losses due to liquidation and redemption.

Although the Palm Finance decentralized finance protocol has been thoroughly audited by multiple independent software security firms and subjected to third-party economic analysis, there is still a risk that assets deposited into the protocol, as well as PUST and PALM tokens, may suffer complete and permanent economic loss in case the technical or economic mechanisms of the protocol suffer catastrophic failure.
